  Grace Church has been enabled to plant eight Churches in Burkina and Mali.  Working through Moise Oubda in Bobo we maintain contact with each of these Churches and marvel at God's grace in their development and progress. We have also been able to establish a medical link through Dr.Philip LeDune a GP living in Washington /Tyne and Wear.

1. The Dorcas centre for girls in Bobo trains 80 young women in trades like sewing and dress making in order to launch them into employment. It also enables a spiritual growth to take place for Christian living and character.
    

2. In Hungary and Ukraine we work through Grain of Wheat in Budapest in supporting ministry to orphans in several venues.  The 400 children in the Ukraine orphanage just over the Hungarian border is key and we visit each year.  In June this year some 30 orphans had a holiday camp at Grace Church expense within Ukraine.  It was a holday of a lifetime for extremely deprived children. Other camps will take place in 2010.

   On September 2nd. John and Bridget Birch go to Kenya to speak with several leaders about strategy in the coming months.
